I grew up highly sensitive — always feeling the emotions beneath the surface and the quiet truths that people carried. Over the years, through loss, reinvention, and awakening, this sensitivity became my gift and my purpose.

I am here to channel,
to heal,
and to help others remember who they are beneath the noise.

Love Your Life Center was born from this journey — a place where healing is honored, intuition is trusted, and your soul feels welcome.

Then came Oreo, my soulful companion and teacher. With his joyful, grounding presence, he brings a lightness that reminds us healing doesn’t always have to be heavy — sometimes it can wag its tail and make you smile.
